Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Walk in Faith. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you," "user") and Walk in Faith ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") and website.
Our Mission & Your Commitment:
Walk in Faith is built to provide a calm, digital sanctuary for your spiritual life. By using our services, you agree to use them for their intended purpose: personal reflection, prayer, and engagement with Scripture. We ask that you respect the community and the content provided. In return, we commit to protecting your privacy (see our Privacy Policy) and providing a high-quality, ad-free experience.
If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately. However, if you are simply here to find peace, we invite you to start by exploring a reading from our Library, such as Verses for Anxiety orVerses for Stress.
Key Highlights of these Terms:
- Subscriptions: Premium features require an auto-renewing subscription (details below).
- Privacy: We do not sell your data. Your reflections are yours.
- Usage: Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Subscriptions & Payments
Walk in Faith offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium content.
Pricing
- Monthly Subscription: $7.99 per month
- Yearly Subscription: $59.99 per year
Billing Terms
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package ($7.99 or $59.99).
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Please note that deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
If you have any billing issues, please contact Apple Support directly as they manage all transactions.
End User License Agreement
Your use of Walk in Faith is governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).Read usage rules here.
